Who's behind Deeno Website Development?

Deeno Website Design was founded by Balint who is originally from Hungary. He started developing websites for UK clients in 2010. A large part of the work is still done by him although he has since teamed up with a couple of brilliant IT pros.

Who will I work with during the building process?

As we are a small team all website projects are under the direct control of Balint and you will be in touch with him most of the time. We never ever outsource work to third parties.

Am I the owner of the website that Deeno builds for me?

Yes, entirely. Once you have paid the invoice and your website is launched and tested live, you will get a copy of all files and databases.

I am on a very tight budget. Do you offer simple, template based websites?

Deeno does not recommend the use of templates for several reasons. On the other hand, if you have very limited time and funds and must go live in a span a few days, the use of a template might be the solution.

I don't have enough quality photos for my website. Can you help me?

Yes we can. We can browse the collections of stock photo agencies and pick suitable photos for your website. In some cases we can take the necessary photos ourselves at your place as Balint is also a pro photographer.

Can I monitor the web development process?

Yes, we would be delighted. In fact in most cases we will ask you to do so as the only way to make sure you are getting the website you want is by constantly providing feedback.

What payment methods does Deeno accept?

We accept bank transfers and PayPal.

How long will it take to build my website?

It largely depends on your specific needs. No two clients are the same. They all come with differing needs and expectations. Here at Deeno we build thoughtful, sound, user friendly and secure websites. Any website could take at least 3 – 4 weeks to build although the more complex ones might require 2 – 3 months.

Which Content Management System do you use for building websites?

Currently we use the WordPress content management system. WordPress is a reliable, secure and user friendly solution which is also highly customisable. We only use handpicked WordPress plugin with a proven history of usability and security.

Do you have physical offices in London and Edinburgh?

To keep unnecessary costs down and so make web design projects cheaper, Deeno does not rent physical offices. Nor we are present in London and Edinburgh at all times. On the other hand, in the case of bigger projects, face-to-face meetings are necessary in order to lay out the exact requirements of your website project.

Are there any hidden costs not included in your web development quotation?

No, there not any hidden costs. We will discuss all aspects of the process with you, you will know about all expenses in advance. You should be prepared to pay for the followings (to name a few examples):
domain name registration and renewal
SSL security certificate (we recommend buying one for every website)
specific WordPress plugins (small pieces of software)

Do you offer web hosting?

At present we do not provide web hosting ourselves. That would unnecessarily tie our clients to us when we believe a more healthy web designer – client relationship is one where the client can freely choose and change their web hosting company.
On a different note, many web design and development companies offering web hosting are just re-sellers. That means the actual host will be a large hosting company.

Will my website adapt to mobiles and tablets as well?

We make all our websites to be responsive and adapt to mobile devices smoothly. By now it has become a standard requirement and nowadays web design and development would be unimaginable without responsive features.
